Supplier Risk Template
The Supplier Risk template contains a header row and then each subsequent row represents an indicator for supplier risk.
Header Row

Header Row Values

| Code | Optional | Supplier risk assessment code If the field is empty and no value is entered, the system generates a code. |
| TemplateCode | Mandatory | The template code on which the supplier risk is based. |
| RiskAssessmentTitle | Mandatory | Risk assessment title. |
| SupplierCode | Optional | The code of the supplier who is assessed for supplier risk. |
| CategoryCode | According to the type | The category scope of the risk assessment. In case of multiple codes, you must use the "|" delimiter. |
| OrganizationCode | According to the type | The organization scope of the risk assessment. |
| RegionCode | According to the type | The region scope of the risk assessment. |
| Comment | Optional | Comments in the risk assessment. |
| Administrator | Optional | Internal participants who are assigned the Administrator role. |
| Releaser | According to the type | Internal participants who are assigned the Releaser role. |
| Responsible | Mandatory | Internal participants who are assigned the Responsible role. |
| Viewer | Optional | Internal participants who are assigned the Viewer role. |
| Attachments | Optional | List of attachments in the risk assessment. The files must
be in the following format: <filename:title|filename 2:title2|filename3:title3> where,filename = attachment name title = attachment title The files must be included into the .zip file that is imported. |
| Indicator codes (comma separated values) | According to indicators | Answers to indicators. |
Indicator codes in the Header Rows
If there are indicators with codes 3,4,5, the following header row is used:
