Importing Actions with Tasks
The Actions template contains a header row and then each subsequent row represents an action with the associated tasks to be imported for supplier development.

Header Row Values

| Code | Optional | Action code If the field is empty and no value is entered, the system generates a code. |
| TemplateCode | Mandatory | The code of the template on which the actions are based. |
| ActionTitle | Mandatory | Action title. |
| SupplierCode | According to the type | The scope of the project. |
| CategoryCode | According to the type | The category scope of the action. In case of multiple codes, you must use the "|" delimiter. |
| OrganizationCode | According to the type | The organization scope of the action. |
| RegionCode | According to the type | The region scope of the action. |
| Confidential | If you want to make it confidential, enter 1 or else enter 0. | |
| Status | Mandatory | The status must be Finished. If the status entered is other than Finished, the record fails. |
| MainFocus | According to the type | Main focus of the action. |
| MaturityLevel | According to the type | Maturity level of the action. |
| ProblemDescription | Optional | Description of the problem |
| PlannedStart | Optional | Planned start date in the MM.DD.YYYY format. |
| PlannedEnd | Optional | Planned end date in the MM.DD.YYYY format. |
| ActualStart | Optional | Actual start date in the MM.DD.YYYY format. |
| ActualEnd | Mandatory | Actual end date in the MM.DD.YYYY format. |
| Administrator | Optional | Internal participants who are assigned the Administrator role. |

| Viewer | Optional | Internal participants who are assigned the Viewer role. |
| Comments | Optional | Action comments. |
| Attachments | Optional | List of attachments in the action. The files must be in the

filename = attachment name title = attachment title The files must be included into the compressed file that is imported. |
