Master Data Fields for Creating Questionnaires

Describes the recommendations while configuring the information in the master data section while creating questionnaires.

Key Data
Questionnaire Code	This is a unique code for the questionnaire and is system generated. If you want you can change it.
Questionnaire title	Enter the name of the questionnaire. It should be short and meaningful.
Description	You can enter a short description of the questionnaire, what kind of questions it contains, where it can be used and so on.
Type	You can add a type to the questionnaire using the Adjust button. Questionnaire can be linked to multiple types.
Scope
Categories and Organizations	You can click Adjust and select categories and organization. This helps in restricting the question to the selected objects. By doing so, it becomes easy to identify the questions at the time of creating questionnaire.
Internal and External usage
View questionnaire and Answer to questionnaire	You can select one of the following options: Internal - if the questionnaire has questions that are meant to be viewed or answered by internal users External and Internal users - if it has questions meant to be viewed or answered by external users and internal users.
Auto-Release
Use autorelease	You can select this to automatically release the questionnaire.
Min Score	The minimum score for auto release.
Max Score	The maximum score for auto release.
Presentment	The layout to present the questionnaire in one column or two columns.
