Follow-up Tasks
Follow-up tasks are tasks that must be performed after the completion of a specific task in the Supplier Qualification process.
Follow-up tasks are created and assigned according to the workflow.
Usually an assessment or registration process involves a series
of the following tasks:
- Initiate
- Answer
- Finish
- Release
In a process, after the completion of each step, a new task is created for the person responsible and the task related notification is sent to the user. The responsible user can see the task in the Execute Tasks menu.
For example, as soon as a new assessment is initiated, the Answer task gets activated and the Respondent user gets a notification to complete the task.
Following are the two types of Follow-up tasks:
- Answer Questionnaire
- Release Assessment
