Creating Pivot Views

Pivot view is a feature in which you can view the bidding data in the form of pivot tables or graphs. In the pivot view you can view statistical data such as the count, average, total, or minimum or maximum values of bidding information such as price per unit. This topic is applicable to RFQs and RFPs.

Procedure

To create a pivot view, complete the following steps:

  1. Open the RFx.
  2. Click the Monitor tab.
  3. On the Monitor tab, click the All Bids tab.
  4. Click Pivot View.
  5. On the Pivot Table Configuration page, complete the following steps:
    1. To select rows in the pivot table, drag the bid field from the Data Headers area to the Rows column.
      Note: You can further filter what to display in the rows by selecting from the bid field drop-down list that appears in the Rows area. (For example, if you drag the Supplier Name field to the Rows column, you can select the suppliers that you want to display in the pivot view.)
    2. To select a column in the pivot table, drag the bid field from the Data Headers area to the area next to the Columns text.
    3. If you want to analyze using a bid field, select the Data option. Or To enter a formula, select the Formula option and then enter the Formula in the text box using fields, operators, and functions.
    4. Drag the bid field from the Data Headers area to data section in the center.
    5. Select other options as required, and then click Show.
