Yes/No Field Type

In Emptoris Sourcing, yes/no fields are fields in which you can give only two possible responses, Yes or No.

Other than the basic information required for creating this field type, the table following table lists some additional fields.

Field Description
Auto Score If selected, will assign a score automatically to a user response. Selection of this field makes the Score for Yes and Score for No fields available.
Score for Yes Score for the Yes response.
Score for No Score for the No response.
Control Display The display mode for the field such as, drop down list, radio button, or single check box.
Use In Formulas Makes the field available for formulas.
Available for List Screens Makes the field available on the list screens of the respective property such as the RFx page and so on.
Include on Search Form Makes the field available in the Search form.
Visibility Makes the field available for the selected user with specified permissions.
Scope Makes the field available in the selected features of the application.
Contract Data Definition (Name) (for category, item, and bid property)

The field is available only in an Emptoris Sourcing – Emptoris Contract Management integrated environment.

Search and select an Emptoris Contract Management Data definition field to link the category, item, or bid attribute.

Importance ( for question property) The value indicates the importance of the question. It can be between 0 to 10, where 10 is the most important.
Show Stopper ( for question property) Makes the field/ question a show stopper.
Allow Local Values (for supplier profile property) Makes the field available for buyers to enter local values that may differ from what the supplier enters.
Section (for supplier profile property) Makes the field available in the selected section of the supplier profile.
