RFx DTD Elements and Attributes

You can use the elements and their attributes to define the RFx.

The following table lists the elements and their attributes . It also lists if the elements can be updated using the XML format.

`RFxLockedBidIndicator`	RFI, RFP, RFQ, Buyer Survey	No	Determines if bids are locked from view while the RFx is open. Acceptable values are `TRUE` and `FALSE`. When 'TRUE' buyers cannot see supplier’s bid/responses until the event is closed. For RFP's when 'one envelope' or 'two envelope' is enabled the system will lock bids/responses until authorized to open.
`AuctionRules`
`StaggeredBy`	English Auctions	No	Indicates the level at which bidding times are staggered. Acceptable values are `item` and `lot`.
`RFxIncrementalCloseTime`	English Auctions	No	Amount of time between the close of bidding on individual items or lots in an auction.
`RFxExtensionType`	English Auctions	No	It gives options to extend the auction if a new bid is one of the following; `The leading bid, Any bid`.

`RFxAllowPriceEqualization`	English Auctions	No	Determines If Price equalization is enabled. Valid values are `TRUE` and `FALSE`.
`RFxAllowPartialBid`	English Auctions	No	This setting indicates whether suppliers can create bids with bid quantities that are less than the minimum desired quantity for the respective line-item. Valid values are `TRUE` and `FALSE`.
`AllowDiscountBidding`	English Auctions	No	Determines if discount bidding is allowed. Valid values are `TRUE` and `FALSE`.
`DutchAuctionRules`
`RFxPriceChangeInterval`	Dutch Auction	No	The time in minutes after which the price changes. Acceptable value is an integer.
`RFxPriceChangeValue`	Dutch Auction	No	The value by which the current bid will change after the specified time interval.
`RFxPriceChangeType`	Dutch Auction	No	Determines if the price will change in amount or in percent.

`QuestionResponseSubType`	RFI, RFP, Buyer Survey	No	This is table configuration for table type questions. Determines that the response type is Table answer type. The answers can be entered in rows or columns. Valid values are columns and rows.
`QuestionImportance`	RFI, RFP, Buyer Survey	Yes	The level of importance assigned to the question. Importance is used to assign weights to question. Valid values are from `0.00` to `10.00`, with `10.00`meaning most important. `0.00` means the question is not included in RFx score calculation.
`QuestionIsResponseRequired`	RFI, RFP, Buyer Survey	Yes	Indicates if a response to the question is required. Acceptable values are `true` and `false`.
`QuestionShowStopperValue`	RFI, RFP, Buyer Survey	Yes	The score of the question set by the buyer that will act as a show stopper. Valid values are columns and rows.
`QuestionAllowComments`	RFI, RFP, Buyer Survey	Yes	Indicates if comments are allowed to follow the questions. Valid values are `TRUE` and `FALSE`. Setting the field to `TRUE` provides the supplier/respondent with a text box for entering a comment about their response to the question.
