Organization DTD

Organization.dtd defines tags that let you export organizations.

The following table lists the fields of Organization DTD and their description:

*OrganizationCode Unique id of the organization.

*OrganizationName Name of the organization.
OrganizationType Type of organization. Accepted values are buyer, or supplier.
OrganizationApproved Acceptable values are true and false.
Organization Description Description of the organization.
OrganizationURL URL of the organization.
Organization BrandingURL Branding URL of the organization.
PrimaryCurrency Code of the primary currency.
SupportedCurrencies Codes of any secondary currencies.
BusinessUnit
OrganizationName Name of the organization.
ParentBusinessUnit Name of the parent business unit.
BusinessUnitName Name of the business unit.
BusinessUnitCode Code of the business unit.
BusinessUnit Description Description of the business unit.

*OrganizationName Name of the organization.
BusinessUserRole The role that the user should be assigned. There are four types of standard organization user roles as indicated below.
Note: Each set of roles are only valid for the organization they belong to.

System : Corporate Sourcing Manager, Divisional Sourcing Manager, Event Manager, Content Manager.

Organization : Buyer Application Manager, Business Unit Manager, Key Commodity Manager, Buyer Agent, Organizational Supplier Manager, Buyer Observer.

Supplier Organization: Supplier Application Manager, Supplier Agent.

*BusinessUser LoginName Login of the business user.
BusinessUser FirstName First name of the business user.
BusinessUser LastName Last name of the business user.
BusinessUser Approved Optional. Acceptable values are true and false.
BusinessUser Notification Acceptable values are true and false.
BusinessUser EmailAddress email address of business user.
BusinessUser FaxNumber Fax number of business user
BusinessUser BusinessUnit Name of the business units that the user is being added to. It allows the new user to be associated with one or more business units. Multiple values can be listed in a pipe delimited list.
BusinessUser LastLoginDate The last login date of the business user.
BusinessUser WorkPhoneNumber Work phone number of business user.
BusinessUser AlternatePhoneNumber Alternate work phone number of business user.
BusinessUser TimeZone Time zone of the business user.
BusinessUserTitle Title of the business user.
BusinessUser Notification LanguageCode Acceptable two character codes are en for English, e1 for British English, es for Spanish, and pt for Portuguese, it for Italian, ja for Japanese, zh for Simplified Chinese, zh_TW for Traditional Chinese, fr for French, de for German, ru for Russian. If you have purchased additional languages, you may be able to specify pl for Polish, tr for Turkish, nl for Dutch.
BusinessUser PreferredCurrency Code of the business user’s preferred currency..
BusinessUser PreferredNumberFormat Code of the business user’s preferred number format. Accepted values are as follows:
