Customizing the Bookmark View

You can customize the view of a specific bookmark.

About this task

You can select the dimension that should be displayed in the Main Panel, and the dimensions that should be displayed in the Left Panel. You can also rearrange the sequence in which the dimensions are displayed in the Left Panel.

Procedure

To customize the view of a bookmark, complete the following steps:

On the menu bar, click Bookmarks.
Click the name of the bookmark you want to customize.
On the Emptoris Spend Analysis menu bar, click the Customize My Bookmark icon.
On the Customize My View window, rearrange the dimensions as you want them to be displayed.
Drag a dimension to the Available Dimensions pane if you do not want to view it in any of the panels.
Click Save.
