You can apply filters when you search for dimensions using the Search
feature.
Procedure
To apply filters using searching, complete the following steps:
- On the Explore menu, click Dimensions >
Search.
- Select the search options, type a search query, and click Search.
Note: You can use a multi-list for creating a list of filters that you want to apply. If you select
the Multi-List Separated By check box, the default option available in the
filter field is Include Only. If you do not select the Multi-List Separated By
check box, the default option available in the filter field is Begins With.
- Select one or more search results, and click Apply.
- Select the search results that you want to keep, and click Save.
- To apply filters from the list of filters in the search result, select them, and click
Apply. If you perform another search, you are asked if you want to keep the current filter or
add to the current filter. The search displays results for your criteria and also shows the saved
results from the previous search.
Note: You can remove filters from the list only after the list is
saved and before you have applied the filters.
