Top Reports

You can create Tabulations, Bookmarks, Dashboards, and Analytics and designate them as Top Reports.

Note: You must have appropriate permissions to access the Top Reports.
Top Reports are grouped under the following categories: Commodity, Cost Center, Supplier, Region, Business Unit, Buyer, and Other.
There are two types of Top Reports available in the Emptoris® Spend Analysis:
  • Standard: You can also create top reports by marking them as top reports on the Reports List page. You can create Top Reports from the following pages in the application:
    • Analytics list page
    • Bookmarks list page
    • Dashboards list page
    • Tabulations list page
  • Advanced: You can create reports for spend data in the Cognos Reporting Studio and the Cognos advanced workspace.
