Creating Approval List

You can create approval lists for authored, received, or filed contracts, amendments, or quotes that are in the Draft or In Negotiation status. If you have permission, you can edit the approvals list of a clause or the default approvals list of the contract.

Before you begin

You must add contract levels before you add approval list.

Procedure

To create an approval list, complete the following steps:

  1. Search for the appropriate contracts.
  2. Select the contract whose approval list you want to see.
  3. In the Contract Editor, click Management > Approvals.
  4. In the Default Approvals section, click the Add Level icon.
  5. Click the Add User icon to add users to the approval list.
  6. On the Select Individual page, search and select users as per your preference.
  7. Click OK.
