Clause Visibility

The clause visibility feature enables you to hide clauses from certain users.

Definition

Using the clause visibility feature, you can hide confidential information by marking clauses to be visible for only those users who will review or update them.

Applicability

Clause visibility can be used only for the following types of contracts:

  • Authored contracts and amendments
  • Received contracts and amendments

Users cannot view clauses if the clause visibility feature is enabled, and if they do not have permissions to view those clauses.
