specified in the system.
Report Details
The controls are either approval rules that are defined
globally, or approvers that are specified in clause or contract templates.
This report is consisted of the following details:
- This information is provided for selected contracts. Users can select contracts that are based
on parameters such as contract category, contract class, contract region, contract template name,
effective start and end dates, internal primary party name, internal primary party contact name,
external primary party name, and contract name.
- The ensuing report consists of:
- Contract Attributes: Summary of the contract.
- Policy Metrics: Number of clause level and contract level
approvals.
- Contract Metrics: Details about clauses that are modified from the
standard clause or clauses that are replaced from the standard clause.
- Milestone events: Details about events that are associated with the
contract.
