A Contract Activity Forecast report shows the number of authored contracts that are
forecast to be executed by execution date interval.
Report Details
The report fetches all the contracts that were created during the selected start time and end
time. The forecast execution data is calculated based on the information that is provided by the
user.
Forecast Execution date = Contract Creation Date + Duration from create to execute.
This report consisted of the following details:
- The input parameters include estimated creation to execution duration in days, contract class,
contract category, external primary party name, internal primary party name, contracting
organization and owning organization.
- The bar graph includes the number of authored contracts—draft or in negotiation— to be executed,
by execution date interval. The forecast interval is obtained by adding a user-entered interval of
number of days to the contract creation date at the universe level to obtain an estimated execution
date in the report. Other input filters are optional.
- The table of contracts represents the same results with additional fields.
