Fix Central

Fix Pack and iFix are the incremental fixes on a base version of an IBM Emptoris product on which they are delivered. Make sure that you have the base version of the product to install a Fix Pack or an iFix. If you want to install Fix Pack or iFixes of more than one IBM Emptoris products, you must download them individually from Fix Central.

From the Fix Central web site, you can download the following types of releases:

• Fix Pack: A four-digit release on a base version of an IBM Emptoris product. For example, IBM Emptoris Contract Management 10.0.0.2 is a Fix Pack release on the base version 10.0.
• iFix: A release to deliver a specific fix to a customer deployment. For example, IBM Emptoris Contract Management 10.0.0.2 iFix1 is an iFix on 10.0.0.2 Fix Pack. You must have the Fix Pack installed to apply an iFix.

Product eAssembly and components

Each Fix Pack or an iFix of a product is available on Fix Central as an eAssembly. You must download the complete eAssembly to install a Fix Pack or an iFIx successfully. Ensure to download an eAssembly to your root installation directory.
