Contracts Database
You can select Oracle or DB2 as the database for Emptoris® Contract Management.
You must provide the same user for the Database User and
Reporting Schema Database User.
Oracle database
The following image shows the options for the Oracle database.
Note: The values that are listed in the image are examples. Consult your network administrator for
details.
The following table lists the Oracle database settings that you must configure for Emptoris Contract Management.

| Database Server | IP address of the server where the Oracle database is installed. |
| Database Port | Port for the Oracle database. |
| Database Service Name | Service name of the database. Do not specify the SID. |
| Database User | User name for the database. |
| Database Password | Password for the user. |
| Reporting Schema Database User | Reporting Schema Database user name. |
| Reporting Schema Database Password | Enter the Reporting Schema Database password. |
DB2 database

| Reporting Schema Database User | Reporting Schema Database user name. Must be the same as the database user. |
