Installing Engineering Lifecycle Management on Hybrid Cloud

Engineering Lifecycle Management on Hybrid Cloud simplifies installing, applying maintenance, and upgrading Engineering Lifecycle Management. It provides more automation for managing Engineering Lifecycle Management deployments, control over providing additional resources to scale Engineering Lifecycle Management as usage grows, and improves serviceability by providing consistent configuration, predictable behavior, and diagnostic data collection. Engineering Lifecycle Management on Hybrid Cloud is deployed on a Red Hat OpenShift cluster or another Kubernetes cluster. It can be deployed in the cloud or on-premises.

Note: Engineering Lifecycle Management on Hybrid Cloud for ELM 7.1 is available only for new installations. Migrating or upgrading from an earlier version to a hybrid cloud is not supported in this release. For more information, see Limitations of Engineering Lifecycle Management on Hybrid Cloud.
