Provided services and delivery services

A CSR can add associated provided services and delivery services or stand-alone provided services to an order, as per customer requirements.

In release 9.5, a customer service representative can access and use provided services and delivery services. Provided services can be stand-alone or associated with a product, for example, tailoring a suit that a customer purchases. Provided services can be added to orders and, if required, appointments can be created to fulfill those services.

In addition to the existing fulfillment methods "Ship" and "Pick", "Delivery" is a new fulfillment method in version 9.5. If a company personally delivers a product (such as a television that the store delivers), the customer can request for the product to be delivered to their preferred address and the CSR can schedule an appointment based on when the product must be delivered. The customer can choose their appointment time slot from available times.

Both delivery and provided services can be added in the same order. For example, a television is being delivered and installed for a customer. The appointment for these actions can be scheduled at the same time.
