Managing Widgets

Sterling™ Call Center enables users to customize namespaces for widgets, manage literals and other related tasks.

Adding widgets
You can add multiple widgets in a screen. When you are adding widgets, you can also rearrange the widgets as needed.
Adding a screen reference in the application-provided screen
You can add a screen in an existing application-provided screen.
Adding resource identifiers for a widget
You can add resource identifiers for custom widgets.
Rearranging widgets
You can rearrange widgets in a screen.
Hiding widgets
You can hide a custom or application-provided widget either separately or when you are adding widgets.
Making an input widget mandatory or non-mandatory
You can make an input widget either mandatory or non-mandatory.
Making an input widget read-only
You can make an input widget read only.
Disabling widgets
You can mark a widget as disabled.
Unmodifiable properties of the application-provided widgets
You cannot modify some properties for application-provided widgets.
Deleting widgets
You can delete custom or application-provided widgets.
Restoring widgets
You can restore the application-provided widgets that are deleted.
