Deleting wizard notes

You can delete the notes configured for a wizard if you choose not to log notes automatically for the wizard.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the Manage Wizard Notes window. To navigate to the Manage Wizard Notes window, perform the following steps:
    1. Log in to Sterling™ Business Center as an Enterprise Administrator.
    2. From the System Setup Home page, expand the Call Center For Commerce Administration menu, and then click Manage Wizard Notes.
      The Manage Wizard Notes screen opens.
  2. Select a wizard to view the configured note text and then click the Delete button. A confirmation message is displayed.
  3. Click Yes. The note is deleted.
