Processing batches

You can work with batch document processing applications, which classify document types and extract fields from your documents.

Creating batches
When you work with batch document processing applications, batches can be sent automatically from integrated applications, such as IBM® Datacap. In some cases, you might need to manually upload a batch.
Fixing classification issues
After you upload batches of documents, IBM Automation Document Processing automatically recognizes the document type and you can fix issues that might have occurred during processing.
Fixing data extraction issues
If values are not picked up or are in the wrong place after they were processed by IBM Automation Document Processing, these issues are flagged so that you can review and correct the fields manually.
