Managing access to the repository for workflow business automations

Administrators can manage user and group permissions to access the repository for your workflow business automations.

Before you begin

You must have repository admin privileges to perform these actions. By default, the user who is listed as the admin in the CR (bastudio_configuration.admin_user) will have the needed permissions.

Procedure

You can add users and groups directly from your user registry to grant access to the repository:

  1. In the left navigation, expand Administration and select Repository and registry access.
  2. On the Collaborators tab, click Add.
  3. Enter the name of the user or group that you want to add in the search field. You can enter part of the name and all accounts that match are displayed.
    Tip: If groups are used, you can add or remove users from the group in your external user repository without having the extra step of managing repository permissions for the users individually.
  4. Click the checkbox next to the users and groups that you want to add, and then click Add.
