Start at the IBM Support website: https://www.ibm.com/support/home/. You can navigate from the IBM Support home page to a wide variety of support information.

The IBM Support home page contains a link to the IBM Support Guide. The IBM Support Guide is an online guide that describes the many different types of support available, and provides links to those support pages. The following list shows some of the topics that are described in the IBM Support Guide:
  • How to find and download products, and their fixes and upgrades.
  • How to set up IBM support for your product, including how to subscribe to alerts or notifications for your product.
  • How to find End of Support (EOS) dates, and associated service extension offerings.
  • How to try IBM products and services.
  • How to search online for information about your product, and how to locate forums that are related to your product.
  • How to get technical training for your product.
  • How to open a case from the web, from a chat, or through a phone call. The information that is provided includes a link to the IBM Directory of worldwide contacts (mailing addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers).
