Recovering objects that were unpinned

Items that are unpinned from an investigation are no longer displayed as related objects. You can recover unpinned items that were originally pinned by the analytic.

Procedure

To recover pins:

  1. From the In-Baskets page, click the row of an investigation.
    Note: By default, the Card view is displayed with all associated business objects displayed in the card containers.
  2. In the card for the type of objects that you want to recover, click More Actions icon More Actions and select Recover icon Recover Pins. For example, to recover unpinned events, click More Actions icon More Actions in the Events card and then select Recover icon Recover Pins.
  3. Repeat as needed to recover unpinned items for other object types.
    Note: Unpinned items that were originally pinned by a user (not analytic) cannot be recovered.
