Filtering investigation data

There are two filters available in the ICFM user interface. You can enter filter criteria to refine investigation results in an in-basket. You can also use a filter to show and hide business object types when viewing data in the Details views.

  • Filtering investigations in the current in-basket
    You can filter the investigations returned for a specific in-basket. For example, you can set criteria to view only investigations with a specific fraud context. The criteria you specify in the Filter window remain in effect until you clear the filter criteria.
  • Filtering business object types in the Details views
    You can filter which types of business objects to display in the Card, Map, and Network Graph views. For example, if you want to view "Event" objects only, you can use the Filter icon Filter to disable the other business object types.
