Causing a specific action to be taken based on an assessment

You configure the specific actions for an analysis flow in Assessment Actions. Add a row for each action to take based on a specific assessment value. In most cases, the action stereotype is createName, and createDescription is frequently specified also. You can also set various case properties, as discussed in the Setting investigation details topic.

Based on the action specified, different things happen within IBM Counter Fraud Management. The most common action is to create a programmatic investigation, which then needs to be humanly screened to determine whether follow-up is required.
