Upgrading from ICFM 1.5.0.5 to version 2.0.0.0

If ICFM 1.5.0.5 is installed, you must first upgrade to ICFM 2.0.0.0. After version 2.0.0.0 is installed, you can upgrade to V2.0.0.1 and then to V2.0.0.3.

Before you begin

Review the IBM® System Requirements for IBM® Counter Fraud Management technical document to ensure that you have the correct versions of the required software before you begin your upgrade. Higher maintenance levels, such as fix packs and service packs, might be supported as they become available.
  • Upgrading the Counter Fraud database
    You must prepare the Counter Fraud database and run the migration tool on the ICFM server (Data server in a three-server topology).
  • Migrating case data
    Use the Case Data Migration tool to import case data to a ICFM version 2.0.0.0 level.
