If Upgrading CRM and Scribe review the following section and use a checklist document to track the upgrade progress.

Upgrading Acoustic Campaign CRM solution
Use the steps in the section to import the solution to Microsoft Dynamics CRM where one of the Acoustic Campaign - MS CRM Integration solutions is already installed and has an earlier version.
Upgrading Scribe Connector
The Silverpop generic connector for Scribe Online was introduced in January 2015 and is enhanced for CRM and Custom Object (Relational Tables) integrations with Acoustic Campaign. Users of the legacy or older Acoustic Campaign MSCRM connector and 'Silverpop Relational Table connector are encouraged to upgrade the Scribe Online portions of their integration to use the Scribe connector.
Upgrading the Scribe maps
If problems occur or performance degrades while you using the Acoustic Campaign MSCRM connector or Silverpop Relational Table connector it's best to upgrade a Scribe Online solution to use the generic Scribe connector.
