Reputation monitor widget

The reputation monitor widget provides a view into the health of your IP address.

Overview

It shows your current deliverability score and other relevant deliverability-based information; the white-list status of the selected IP (VMTA name); and suggestions for how you can improve your deliverability scores if they are not favorable. In addition, the reputation monitor widget will give you a view of how your IP is faring compared to other Acoustic Campaign clients.

The reputation monitor widget has three tabs:

  • Score
  • Whitelist status
  • Improve

  • The reputation monitor widget is not available for clients with shared IPs or for whitelabeled organizations.
  • You can add or remove the reputation monitor from your dashboard.
  • Select a VMTA name to see the associated IP address information.
  • You can only have one reputation monitor widget on your dashboard.

Score tab

The Score tab shows the following monitored items:

  • Deliverability score: Shows your current deliverability score. The deliverability score is created by looking at the number of messages sent, number bounced, abuse complaints, and opens or clicks during a 30-day period.
  • Overall score: The average deliverability score of all clients. This score is measured from 0 to 100, with a median score in the 70 percent range. This score is based on a combination of sent mailings, opens, bounces, and abuse complaints.

  • Approval date
  • Requested
  • Denied
  • Not requested

Improve tab

The improve tab contains suggestions for how you can improve your deliverability score. Generally, the way to improve a deliverability score is to increase your opens while decreasing your abuse complaints and bounces.

Note: It takes 30 days of good behavior to see an increase in a deliverability score.
