Associating service level agreements with contracts

A service level agreement is a written agreement between a service provider and its customers that defines the formal commitments. The agreement documents the service to be provided or received, the agreed upon service levels for the service, and the means of measuring or quantifying the level of service.

Procedure

  1. In a contract application, display the contract record for which you want to select one or more service level agreements.
  2. Select the Associate SLAs action.
  3. Click Select SLAs.
  4. Select one or more service level agreements to associate with the contract.
  5. To select a service level agreement from the same organization that created the contract, select the Select Record check box. You can select more than one agreement.
