Editing a code value

Procedure

  1. Click Code Tables > Code Tables.

    The Code Tables page opens.

  2. Select the code table that contains the values you want to edit from the Code Table Name list and click Go.

    The Code Table Details page opens. This page lists all the existing code values for the code table you selected.

    Note: Depending on the code table that you selected, the columns of details displayed on this page may vary.
  3. Select the desired language from the Language list if you want to edit a code value that is in a language other than English.
  4. Select the code value that you want to modify and click Edit.

    The Edit Code Table Type page opens.

    Note: Depending on the code table that you selected, the fields displayed on this page may vary.
  5. Edit the properties of the existing code value by completing the appropriate fields on the Edit Code Table Type page.

    The fields that you can edit on this page will vary depending on the code table that you selected in step 2.

  6. Click Submit.

    A confirmation message asks you to confirm your action.

  7. Click OK.
