Modifying user notification settings
You can change the settings for the asset feed on your
dashboard, email notifications, or SMS notifications from your profile.
Before you begin
- To receive email notifications, you must include an email address in your user profile.
- To receive SMS notifications, you must include a mobile number and mobile phone carrier in your user profile.
Remember: If a mobile
phone carrier does not support the SMS email extension format, SMS
notifications cannot be sent to the users who have chosen to use that
mobile phone carrier.
The length of an SMS notification is determined by the mobile phone carrier being used. If you do not have a mobile plan with unlimited text messaging, keep in mind that long messages might be broken into multiple messages.
