The list of General error codes and their descriptions.

| CIWCA00001 - The document might be damaged. | Data from the document cannot be read. |
| CIWCA00002 - No mandatory fields are defined. | The user did not specify any Mandatory field. |
| CIWCA00003 - Failed: File is low quality and cannot be read. | The page is low quality. |
| CIWCA00004 - Mandatory fields are not found. | User-defined mandatory fields. Some of them or none were found. |
| CIWCA00005 - Mandatory Keys are not found. | Mandatory Keys do not exist. |
| CIWCA00006 - Mandatory Keys are found and normalized. | All Mandatory Keys were found and normalized with high confidence. |
| CIWCA00007 - Mandatory fields have semantic match only. | All mandatory fields were found and normalized. Some normalized keys have medium or low confidence. |
| CIWCA00008 - Empty Classification Ontology. | Data is not available in the Ontology to classify the ontology. |
| CIWCA00009 - Document Classification is not requested. | The document classification is not selected. |
| CIWCA00010 - Classification failed. | Classification failed. |
| CIWCA00011 - Document cannot be classified. | Classification does not succeed. The document is not in any of the document classes or is low quality. |

| CIWCA00013 - Resubmitting... | A function is in a state of resubmission. |
| CIWCA00014 - Failed... | A failure status. |
| CIWCA00015 - Failed: Unable to process document... | A document process failed. |
| CIWCA00016 - Database connection failure. | A database connection cannot be completed. |
| CIWCA00017 - Preprocessing... | A function is in a preprocessing state. |
| CIWCA00018 - Uploading to storage cannot be done. | An error occurs during an upload to storage. |
| CIWCA00019 - File information cannot be retrieved. | An error occurs during retrieval of file information. |
| CIWCA00020 - Uploading... | A function is in an uploading state. |
| CIWCA00021 - Mandatory Information is not requested. | The user did not request Mandatory information. |
| CIWCA00022 - Mandatory Information cannot be retrieved. | Failed to get Mandatory information. |
