You can also refresh a style or list of styles by using the Refresh styles option.

When you click Export styles icon, the selected style is downloaded to your system.

Note: The import option uploads and the export option download the style as a compressed file and stores the style content in an XML format.
Remember: When you import or export a style that contains Actions defined in a view, the formatting gets exported but the Actions cannot be exported as part of style.

Example: You exported a style that is defined for the view that is created in ENI version 7.0.2. If you use the same style in a view that is created in ENI version 7.0.3, you can see the defined formatting in the view but with no Actions defined.

    • Click the Move or Copy selected style icon to move or copy the selected styles to My styles or Shared styles.

Complete the following steps to move or copy a private or shared style:

      • Click the Move or Copy selected style icon that is available next to the selected style name.

      Delete multiple styles

When you click Delete style or Delete styles icon to delete any of the styles (either single or multiple), warning messages are shown.

For single selected style, the following message is shown:
Do you want to delete the {style name} style?
If {style name} style is used in one or more views, the views are loaded with existing view formatting and Style name is set to No style.
For multiple selected styles, the following message is shown:
Do you want to delete the {style count} selected style(s)?
If these styles are used in one or more views, the views are loaded with existing view formatting and Style name is set to No style.

These messages might help you to retain defined style or view formatting by saving or exporting the style or view before you delete the styles.
