Before you raise a request for support, gather diagnostic information that you can send to IBM® Support to help us investigate your issue.
Procedure
To gather diagnostic information, complete the following steps:
All EUS releases are now 'End of Support'. To maintain access to support, fixes, security updates, and feature packs, upgrade now from your EUS to an LTS release, or from your EUS to a CD release.
