Explanation—Heartbeat is enabled, and the heartbeat timeout period is set to the identified number of seconds. This message reports the current heartbeat setting, and is generated during CDC Replication initialization. A configuration control statement keyword called HEARTBEATTIMEOUT is provided to enable Heartbeat and to set the timeout period.
