What’s new

Important: InfoSphere® CDC for z/OS® version 10.2.1 is compatible with Management Console and Access Server version 10.2.

A number of features and enhancements have been added to InfoSphere CDC for z/OS version 10.2.1. The following table lists the changes and provides links to the appropriate documentation.

Expanded support for the Db2 LOAD utility InfoSphere CDC for z/OS can now be configured to allow multiple copies of the Db2 LOAD utility to run simultaneously.
MAXNOCACHESUBS keyword A new keyword to specify a limit to the number of subscriptions that are allowed by InfoSphere CDC for z/OS to be actively mirroring if a log cache is not configured. MAXNOCACHESUBS

LOGCACHEDELAY keyword A new keyword to specify the delay in seconds that will be imposed before any newly scraped Db2 log data is added to the InfoSphere CDC Log Cache. LOGCACHEDELAY
TABLEPATHLEVELS keyword The display of tables in Management Console will now be simplified to two levels, (OWNER.TABLENAME); the database name is no longer included by default. This keyword allows you to retain the three-level display. TABLEPATHLEVELS
TCPBUFFERSIZE keyword A new keyword to specify the size of the TCP/IP send and receive buffers used to replicate data between InfoSphere CDC and the remote system. TCPBUFFERSIZE
New report The conversion report provides information about where code page conversion is performed at the column level for each table in the subscription. REPORT—Generate report
