Dsdump and Dsload on Dual-Stack UNIX Computer with DNS Configuration Not Able to Resolve IPv6 Address

The dsdump and dsload commands fail to run on a dual-stack UNIX computer when an IPv6 address is specified while running the command and DNS is not configured to resolve IPv6 addresses into machine names. The following error message appears:

The specified network host name could not be resolved to an address.

In order to run these commands successfully, make an entry in the host file for the IPv6 address.
