Problem Displaying Error Messages Containing Extended Characters

While using Upfront with locales other than English, there can be problems displaying error messages containing extended characters. For example, é appears in place of é.

The problem occurs only on the Windows platform when Windows-1252 encoding is used, and only in error messages.

To correct the problem, in Configuration Manager, change the encoding to iso-8859-1.
