Cleaning up Predictive Analytics node residues

Perform this task to clean up Predictive Analytics (SPSS) node residues after an installation fails.

Procedure

  1. Uninstall CNDS:
    1. Run the following command:
      /opt/IBM/InstallationManager/eclipse/tools/imcl listInstalledPackages
    2. If no packages show, skip cleaning up the Predictive Analytics (SPSS) node. If packages do show, run the following command to uninstall packages:
      /opt/IBM/InstallationManager/eclipse/tools/imcl uninstallAll
    3. Run the following command:
      cd /opt/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/CNDSprofile/bin
    4. If the directory from step c. does not show, skip the next command. If the directory does show, run the following command:
      ./stopServer.sh server1
  2. Uninstall the modeler server:
    1. Run the following command to check whether the modeler server is running:
      /opt/IBM/SPSS/ModelerServer/18.2.1/modelersrv.sh list
    2. If the /modelersrv_18_2_1 -server process is running, then stop the server by running the following command:
      /opt/IBM/SPSS/ModelerServer/18.2.1/modelersrv.sh stop
    3. Uninstall the Modeler Premium Server 18.2.1 by running the following command:
      /opt/IBM/SPSS/ModelerServer/18.2.1/Uninstall_IBM_SPSS_PREMIUM_SERVER/Uninstall_IBM_SPSS_Premium_SERVER -i silent
    4. Uninstall the Modeler Server 18.2.1 by running the following command:
      /<installer_path>/Uninstall_IBM_SPSS_MODELER_SERVER/Uninstall_IBM_SPSS_MODELER_SERVER -i silent
    5. Uninstall the Scoring Server by running the following command:
      /opt/IBM/SPSS/StatisticsServer26/Uninstall_IBM SPSS Statistics Server 26
    6. Uninstall the SPSS Data Access Pack by running the following commands:
      cd /opt/IBM/SPSS
  3. Clean up the following SPSS directories:
    rm -rf /opt/ibm/
    rm -rf /opt/IBM/
    rm -rf /home/db2inst1/sqllib
