Default ports for data sources and services
Refer to the following tables for a list of default ports that are used by data sources and services in Netcool/Impact and where to view ports that are already assigned..

| LDAP data source | The default value is set to a common port number: 389. |
You can view ports that are assigned to data sources from impact/etc/<ServerName>_<DatasourceName>.ds. Where <ServerName> is the name of the Impact server and <DatasourceName> is the name of the specified data source.

| Email Sender Service | Type the port for the mail server if the mail server SMTP port is other than the default port. The default port is 25. |

You can view ports that are assigned to services from impact/etc/<ServerName>_<ServiceName>.props files.. Where <ServerName> is the name of the Impact server and <ServiceName> is the name of the specified service.
