Administering the platform

If you are an administrator, you can complete the following tasks to ensure that the platform is running smoothly and that users have access to the console.

Accessing administration features

To complete console administration tasks:

1. Sign in to the console as an administrator.

2. From the navigation menu, click Administration and select the appropriate task from the navigation.

   • Access control

     As an administrator, you are responsible for determining and implementing the best approach for authenticating and managing console users.

   • Customizations

     As an administrator, you can customize the console to meet the needs of your enterprise.
