Unable to open exported log files with Netscape Navigator v7.1

Netscape Navigator Version 7.1 will not let you open an exported log file with a .do suffix.

Symptoms
The exported log file with a .do suffix does not open using Netscape Navigator Version 7.1.
Resolution
To open these files, manually select the application to open it or remove the suffix.
