IBM Watson Care Manager Connect Providers

Using the IBM Watson Care Manager Connect Providers web application, community service providers that are registered with Watson Care Manager can configure and manage their own profiles and service listings. They can collaborate with care team members and offer their services for selection by care team members.

If your organization licenses the IBM Watson Care Manager Connect Providers add-on component, community service providers can be invited by an organization that uses Watson Care Manager to register as a Connect user. Then, in the Connect application, providers can manage their organizations' profile and list the services that their organizations offer. Then, care team members can select from the list of available services when they are creating care plans for clients.

If the care organization uses IBM Watson Care Manager Community Service Referral, providers can receive and respond to service inquiries from the care team in the Connect application.

If the care organization uses IBM Watson Care Manager Community Service Payment, providers can sign up to receive payments in their PayPal accounts.

IBM Watson Care Manager Connect Providers requires Watson Care Manager with the Providers feature enabled.
