Add-on component dependencies

Optional add-on components give IBM Watson Care Manager the capability to support enhanced workflows for specific markets.

IBM Watson Care Manager Community Service Referral

With IBM Watson Care Manager Community Service Referral, care team members can send inquiries to community service providers, manage provider responses and offers, and accept or decline offers.

IBM Watson Care Manager Community Service Payment

With IBM Watson Care Manager Community Service Payment, care team members can set a weekly personal budget for a client's provider services and authorize payments for the services. The budget allows care teams to plan providers' services with costs within the client's allocated budget. Budgets consist of one or more contributions, which can be configured for your organization in the administrator application.

Optionally, if your organization is licensed to use IBM Watson Care Manager Connect Individuals and has signed up to receive contributions through PayPal, budget contributions from clients who have signed up to make payments in the Connect application can be automatically processed through PayPal.

IBM Watson Care Manager Connect Providers

Using the IBM Watson Care Manager Connect Providers web application, community service providers that are registered with IBM Watson Care Manager can configure and manage their own profiles and service listings. They can collaborate with care team members and offer their services for selection by care team members.

Service providers can access the application on any browser from any internet-enabled device.

IBM Watson Care Manager Connect Individuals

Using the IBM Watson Care Manager Connect Individuals web application, clients can engage and collaborate with care team members on their care plans. Their updates are saved to IBM Watson Care Manager.

Clients can sign in to see their planned goals and actions and complete actions on their plans.

If Providers are enabled, they can also see their community provider services and search for local service providers for services on their plan. They can shortlist their preferred service providers to review with the care team later.

Clients can access the application on any browser from any internet-enabled device.
