Deleting a group definition

Use the DELETE line command to delete an existing group definition. The DELETE line command is only available to group definitions that are not yet promoted.

About this task

To delete a promoted group, you must use the line commands for groups from Option 2. For more information, see Table 1.
Note: Group definitions that were not promoted are identified by ZD, prefixed to the member name.

Procedure

Complete the following steps to delete a group definition:

  1. On the Manage Group Members panel, enter an X next to the group definition that you want to delete and press Enter.
  2. Confirm the deletion.
