Learn about what's new in B2Bi SaaS Hub.
July 2021
- IBM® Sterling Customer Center is no longer in service
- After notifying all users to switch to B2Bi SaaS Hub, Customer Center has been discontinued. If you still need to switch to B2Bi SaaS Hub, contact IBM Support and provide your IBMid. Customer Center is no longer accessible; you must use B2Bi SaaS Hub to access your B2Bi SaaS applications.
October 2020
- IBM Sterling Supply Chain Business Network Hub is replacing IBM Sterling Customer Center
- Everything that you currently do in Customer Center – access your SCBN applications, request mailboxes and mailslots, look up trading partners, and more – you can do in IBM Sterling Supply Chain Business Network Hub, or SCBN Hub.
- IBMid now used for login
- Single sign-on with IBMid authentication is now used instead of your Sterling Customer Center email and password. With IBMid, you can access all of your IBM products and services, including the IBM Support community, with one login. You can create an IBMid when you set up your B2Bi SaaS Hub account.
- Support added for linked accounts
- Previously, each Customer Center account required an email and password to log in. If you had multiple Customer Center accounts, you needed a separate email and password combination for each account.
- Help resources added
- Click the ? icon in the banner to see SCBN Hub help content, including a walkthrough tour, information from IBM Documentation, and a link to the IBM Support community.
- Role names updated
- Role names in SCBN Hub are different from their Sterling Customer
Center counterparts.
- The "company user" role in Sterling Customer Center is called "user" in SCBN Hub.
- The "administrator" role in Sterling Customer Center is called "admin" in SCBN Hub.
- The "non-customer partner user" role in Sterling Customer Center is called "partner user" in SCBN Hub.
- The "non-customer partner administrator" role in Sterling Customer Center is called "partner admin" in SCBN Hub.
- User management enhanced
- Admins can now add up to 100 new users at once.
- Authentication key field added to My account page
- Authentication keys are used in Configuration Hub and other applications. If your application uses authentication keys, you can find more information in your application's user interface or documentation.
