Linking additional accounts to your IBMid
Do you have more than one Sterling Customer Center account? You can link as many accounts as you want to your IBMid in B2Bi SaaS Hub and switch between them seamlessly.
About this task
B2Bi SaaS Hub allows you to link multiple accounts to your IBMid, meaning that you no longer need to remember a separate email and password for each account, as you previously did with Sterling Customer Center; you can access all of your accounts with your IBMid login.
Having multiple accounts can be especially helpful if you are an admin. Your linked accounts can have different roles and application access, allowing you to experience an application from a user's point of view, for example, or perform actions or access data that is restricted to users with certain permissions.
When you switch a Customer Center account to B2Bi SaaS Hub, your Sterling Customer Center account is automatically linked to the IBMid that you create or log in with. This task explains how to link additional Sterling Customer Center accounts to your IBMid from within B2Bi SaaS Hub.
Procedure
- On B2Bi SaaS Hub, expand the Settings dropdown and click My account.
- Click Link another account.
- In the Account name field, enter a name that describes your account. This name will appear on your My account page and in the account dropdown, so make sure the name gives you a good idea of what differentiates that account from the others.
- Enter the account's Customer Center email and Customer Center password.
- Click Link account.
- Your account is now linked to your IBMid. All of the accounts linked to your IBMid can be managed in . To see which account you are currently using, or to switch to a different linked account, click the dropdown in the banner next to B2Bi SaaS Hub. If you don't see your newest linked account right away, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in again.
