Distribution Pause / Resume Page
The distribution pause / resume page displays a list of the active pause records. When a pause record has been resumed successfully, the record is no longer displayed on this page.
Columns
The columns available on the distribution pause / resume page are shown in Table 1.
| Column Name | Description |

| Selection control | The first column is used to select one or more pause records from the list. Selecting the box in the table header selects all of the pause records in the list. |
| System / Receiving Point | Indicates if this pause record applies to transmissions for a specific partner or to all transmissions |
| System / Receiving Point Id | If this pause record applies to transmissions for a specific partner, the ID of the partner is displayed |
| Paused | The date and time the pause occurred |
| Paused By | The user who requested the pause |
| Resumed | The date and time the resume occurred |
| Resumed By | The user who requested the resume |
| Last Updated | The date and time this pause record was last updated |
| Extend Deadline | Indicates if the deadline was extended when the pause was requested |
| Status | Overall status of this pause record. As resume runs, it frequently updates the
status and the date and time in the last updated column. Examples of the status are:

| Error Message | If resume failed for this pause record, this column describes the error that occurred during resume |
Actions
The actions available on this page are:
- Help link opens the help page. This link is in the upper right of the page.
- Pause button, which looks like a video pause button, displays the pause page to add a new pause record.
- Resume button, which looks like a video play button, starts resume processing for the selected pause records.
- Save layout button, which looks like a diskette, saves any changes made to the column layout.
- Refresh button, which looks like a circular arrow, re-displays the list of records to show any new records and the updates made to existing records.
- More - Apply (Session Only) menu option allows the user to keep the current page preferences for their entire user session.
- More - Save Layout menu option saves any changes made to the column layout.
- More - Restore Defaults menu option restores the page to its default column layout.
- More - Show/Hide Columns menu option displays a page to select which columns are shown or hidden in the column layout.
